    Replacing the Magenta cartridge 30 Dec 2011 Neil from Wembley Middx

    I bought a complete set even though I only needed the magenta and blue cartridges at the time of purchase.The blue worked fine immediately but the magenta took a while to 'start feeding' the toner. The magenta light kept coming on as if was out of toner even though it was brand new. I resolved it by manually turning the cog inside the cartridge. Seems fine now.
