    Needed a cartridge quickly for our photocopier and ordered a minute before the 3pm deadline. Almost straight away I was told that there was a delay with our order and that we would receive our goods now the day after. Giving that we ordered right on the deadline we did not expect that we would get next day delivery but we impressed by the communication received throughout the whole ordering procerss. The cartridge did arrive on the delivery date given and we have had no problems at all with the cartridge. Would certainly buy again.
