According to Lexmark all printers in the Lexmark S300 series require these cartridges apart from the S308 model, so please check your exact printer model carefully before ordering.

  • Unfortunately, I am not sure what could be causing this issue with your printer. I would recommend checking your printer manual for troubleshooting on this issue. If you no longer have this, they are usually available for download on the Lexmark website. Alternatively, if you contact Lexmark directly they should be able to help further with this issue.
