Canon MP640 black cartridges capacities see 1 answer

Can you please explain why you show the CL1-521 BK cartridge (9ml) capability as 3425 pages and the much larger PG1-520 BK (19ml) as only 350 pages? This appears to be the wrong way round!

  • These cartridges contain different ink types (Dye and Pigment based) and serve different purposes within the machine. The ink yields stated are correct.

    I was a little sceptical about using a non Canon product, however the ink cartridge is chipped as the original and I have not noticed any loss in colour in the documents printed so far. If the same applies to photos I will be very pleased, especially as the ink cartridge is so much cheaper than the original.
