Colour Ink Cartridge see 1 answer

I have tried to install the colour ink cartridge that i ordered from you in my printer, but my printer is saying 'colour ink cartridge missing or not installed correctly'. I have gone out and bought a kodak colour cartridge and it has installed all ok???? The black & white cartridge that I ordered from you is fine. Please advise. Thank you.
