    The Genuine Cyan was a replacement for a compatible item supplied under Order 1107688. I had considerable problems with Cyan and Magenta and although you replaced Cyan twice it did not work. Your delivery was excellent and staff, especially Paul, gave very good service. You have refunded £88.83. Is this too much?
