Toner arrived with much of the powder having leaked out. I wiped it down and installed it but the machine does not recognise it. When the problem was reported Cartridge Save took no responsibility despite having been only too happy to take the order and referred me to OKI and refused to send me a replacement. . As a result of this I have had a printer that doesn't work for far longer than was necessary. I am not impressed at all

Can’t review the product but expect it to be fine as it’s a genuine Oki replacement but the service I can recommend originality orders from another supplier after 3 weeks of asking was told it was out of stock reorders here and it arrived within a few days
