colour ink cartridge see 1 answer

My dell colour ink cartridge for printer 928 will not except and says eror 1102 and this a dell refil please can you help.

  • I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your cartridge. The Genuine Photo Colour Dell YY639 Ink Cartridge is compatible with your printer, however it is a photo coloue cartridge and is designed to be installed in the black slot in your printer. The photo colour cartridge contains black, light cyan and light magenta, and works as a replacement black cartridge along side the colour cartridge in your printer, providing a colour palette of six colours. Please ensure this is being installed in the black slot in your printer. If it is and you are still getting the same error message it may be that the cartridge is faulty.
    I would recommend removing the cartridge from the printer, and switching the printer off for five minutes. Wipe the chip on the back of the cartridge with a dry cloth before reinstalling. If you are still getting the same message it does suggest that the item is faulty. If this is the case, you will need to contact Dell directly or the supplier of the cartridge.

By using these additional colours the photo cartridge works with your Tri-Colour cartridge to extend your colour gamut from 4 to 6.
