Cartridges can be very costly (especially if you are buying for a Dell printer). I initially ordered this cartridge as an alternative, at a fraction of the price, and was so happy with the product I have since order 2 more black ink cartridges (plus 2 colour). Fantastic value for money.

Over the past few years i have tried many sources of remanufactured DELL cartridges, most of which either have failed with streaks across the page or just havent printed from the outset and have had to return them. "JetTec" are brilliant no need to perform cleaning procedures prior to use and ink colour is 100% correct. Would thoroughly recommend them.

What happens when you have trouble?

When everything goes well you don't really get any experience of what a supplier is like. The service is prompt. The replacement cartridge really does come next day. You never believe the claim or expect it but there it is on the mat the next morning. But it is only when you have a problem that you know what sort of service the supplier is really providing. Going the extra mile. The last cartridge didn't work. Hmmm! Better let them know by email and see what happens. Might get a response, if I'm lucky, in a week or so. Immediate response! Same day. Tell us what the problem is and what have you tried. Send off the details. Get an email in response to my reply advising that a replacement cartridge is in the post and there it is on the mat next morning. Brilliant. Nobody is perfect. Faults happen. It's how the faults are dealt with that separates the excellent supplier from the also rans. These are excellent.
