    The Cartridge received on the first delivery proved to be faulty. The ink leaked, and discoloured the print paper. I think it must have been a badly re-conditioned Cartridge. On informing your Customer Services Team, they rectified the matter at speed, and sent a replacement. The replacement is of the usual high HP high quality. I am perfectly satisfied with the product and delighted at the service I received from your Customer Services Team.
