I also have an Olivetti D-Copia 16 photocopier which I inherited when I took over a business. It came with some toners and on a label on the box it says D-16-200. The box itself says it's a "Katun Performance" Toner Cartidge intended for Kyocera Mita copier KM1620/1635/1650/2020/2035/2050; Taskalfa-180/181/220/221 Universal. The reorder number for that is 026014. Hopefully this helps - I've just used the last one I have and need to buy another one soon. I am guessing it's the BO446 as it looks like the one in the picture.
