  So far I can see no difference in print quality between this and the vastly more expensive 'genuine' Lexmark product, and its packaging is if anything of higher quality and more user friendly. Always deeply impressed too by Cartridgesave's astonishingly fast and free delivery service and by its faultless after-sales support.

  Ordering the cartridge online was easy and the price was very competitive. I received the usual acknowledgment of order which I assume was automatically generated. I then recieved an email to say it had been shipped by 1st class post and should be with me next day. When it hadn't turned up after three days I rang you and was told it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for over a week. How come then that you can send out emails saying it has been shipped? There's something very wrong with your system. PS Toner Giant's cartridge arrived the day after I ordered it!

  I ordered this product then got an email saying it had been shipped. 4 hours later I got another email saying that the it actually had not been shipped and it was out of stock, I then rung up and complained and was given 15% discount. A week later when it was meant to be back in stock I was contacted to say that I wasn't in stock. Not to worry though as I found it £20 cheaper on Amazon. If this actually makes it online.

  Only just loaded this and run of a few pages so it's still early days, but so far it's working perfectly and I have been impressed with the smart appearance and quality of the product and its packaging, the extremely attractive price and swift free delivery, and the excellent follow-up customer service.

  This is reworked product. It was well packed and easy to open. The instructions were all in German with perfunctory translations. These need improving. Thre was no provision to return the used cartridge. This is a missed opportunity that Cartridge Save should remedy. It installed easily and worked straight away. The xtra warning about "may give warning about low toner level that can be cancelled by pressing the TICK button" means the remanufacturer has not reprogrammed the Lexmark chip to show the cartridge has started life full up. This is a pain but you can live with it. Once again do your stuff Cartidge Save! It says 7,000 pages, obviously the jury is out on this one. It will be a toss up whether the ink or the mechanicals give up first.

  Every bit as good as the brand name and good value for money. will certainly re-order in the future. Good service at the other end of the phone, my questions were answered fully and delivery was prompt.
