I purchased a re-manufactured toner cartridge for a Lexmark Laser printer in November of last year. I did not use it until May of this year. The quality of print was extremely poor, so I contacted support. After investigation they sent me a replacement, but the quality of the print was no better. When I reported the problem with the replacement cartridge, they agreed to send me a genuine Lexmark cartridge at no cost even though it was about three times as expensive. I cannot fault the service I received even though I had the original cartridge since November.
