  My cartridge stopped working after a week ( they normally last months . I phoned cartridgesave who answered the phone straight away. The assistant immediately agreed to send a new one which arrived the following day. Service couldn't have been better.

  I had never bought printer cartridges on line before, so was a little doubtful, but they were half the price of the ones in Staples, and arrived within 2 days . I haven't yet tried them though.

  This is the first time that I have used re-manufactured cartridges and to say that I am pleased is very much and understatement, they are at least as good as the originals but at least half the cost!!!!!!!!
