I have a HP officejet J4680 all in one printer The tabs that hold the input paper tray in place have broken for the 4 th time could you tell me where to get a new one from thankyou Debbie see 1 answer

  • Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a place where you could buy a new paper tray for this printer. I would suggest contacting the supplier of the printer, or even HP directly and hopefully they should be able to help further with this enquiry.

Multi usage of catrigdges for printers that use more than one type of toner see 1 answer

If I bought the HP Officejet 4500 that uses HP901 Black and tri-colour catrigdges, would the machine still work if I chose to only load one type of toner or should I install both toners for it work?

  • The majority of printers do require both ink cartridges to be installed and have some ink in them in order to print. However it is possible with some printers to change the settings so that you can just install and use the black cartridge. Unfortunately, as we do not sell the printers I am unable to advise if this printer has this feature. Hi there, can u tell me if the Genuine HP cartridges are genuine & new (or refilled) I want to place an order with you but have lost so many printers due to "copy cartridges" hence why I am looking at your "genuine" cartridges. Are they brand new or refills??

  • If a cartridge is advertised as 'Genuine HP' then it is a Genuine new HP cartridge.

    Cartridges advertised as 'compatible' or 'premium brand' are not OEM cartridges and are manufactured by a third party.
