Recycling HP 128A toner cartridges see 1 answer

Hi, I have an HP CP1525nw printer. I have 4 empty original HP 128A black cartridges, do you have a buy back system?

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently have a recycling scheme for toner cartridges so are unable to accept empty items back. However, HP do have a recycling scheme for their original cartrdiges, please see the link below to their website for more information:

    Cartridge is perfect no complaints. However the carrier let you down, I missed the first delivery as I could not stay in all day to wait I had patients to see, I went to the trouble of visiting the carriers depot to collect it in person as I was leaving the country within a short space of time, I was told as I had not arranged collection at the depot I was not allowed to collect it, since I was leaving the district the following day a member of my family had to mail it out to me at Manchester airport hotel where I was staying for three nights. This cost me an extra £12 just for mailing due to the fact the carrier would not give me the item even though I had the receipt/ticket. The cartridge is perfect and I will use Cartridge Save again YOUR service is excellent, just change the carriers they are useless, shame you can't deliver to Sri Lanka.
