i have a hp laser jet 2055d printer. yesterday it shows a toner low and order a black cartage. then i refilled it but it still shows me a same error how can i solve it?

  • I am very sorry to hear about the problems you have experienced with your new cartridge. It may be that the printer is still reading the error message from your old toner cartridge, you could try the following troubleshooting to remove this error:
    - Please remove the cartridge and switch off the printer, leaving it off for about five minutes. Check that all clips and tabs have been removed and give the cartridge a very gentle shake from side to side before reinstalling.
    If you are still getting the same error message it may be a problem with the cartridge and I would reccomend contacting the supplier of the cartridge or HP for further information.
