I am wondering whether this product is really the one I want to choose. I intend to buy 4 ink cartridges for the iP5200R. The image shows just a black cartridge and some paper. Can I go ahead and buy anyway? Thanks

Canon Ink Cartridges 2 Sep 2011 RoyH from London UK

This pack containing a set of three inkjet cartridges plus photo paper seems good value compared to buying seperate cartridges even if one tends to end up with rather more photo paper than really needed. Genuine Canon cartridges are a little expensive anyway (but seem to last well to offset this), but I have never found other brands to be of any use. They can involve fiddly replacement of the chip making then useless for a quick change. Refill systems can also be extremely messy & usually result in an unusable cartridge. The only problem with Canon cartridges is that I have failed to find anyone who will recycle them with the result that they just get binned. No use if you really want to go green!
