I have replaced my drum unit and the drum light is still flashing, i need to re-set the counter how do i do this?

  • I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your drum unit. Unfortunately, I am unable to advise on how to re-set the counter on your printer.     The item was fine, exactly as specified. Getting it delivered was problematic, however. The courier was pretty inflexible and in the end I had to pay an extra £10 to have it delivered on a Saturday morning.
