There is no way on earth this produces 2000 impessions - I have to replace after about 500. Reason?

    Had two of these cartridges, the second having been sent to replace the first when it became faulty after 2 weeks. The second then developed the same fault after approximately the same amount of time. Credit to the customer service team though... they were very helpful on both occasions, with a full refund being the final outcome. NB: The only reason this product got one star is because this field required a selection & there was no 'zero star' rating...
