  The first cartridge I had from you was dodgy - one of the colours wouldn't print. I thought the problem was with my printer so spent the day trying to rectify the problem. When I got in touch with your technical support a new cartridge was sent to me immediately and that was satisfactory. I was pleased that the replacement was sent so quickly so that was initial bad experience was followed by very good experience. Won't be able to make true assessment of the company and its products until I order again.

  I have only used the cartridge for a few days, but immediate impressions are that the image quality is decent, although I am finding that on some prints the toner is not seeming to fuse as well as the HP genuine cartridges have done. This is my first use of a 'compatible' for my HP laser printer, and I was doubtful that performance would be as good as a genuine HP product, and first impressions are that it was probably a reasonable expectation. However, unless one needs top quality all the time, the cost differential is the issue, and this product is much cheaper than the HP equivilent. It may be that some of the various paper I put through the printer is not suitable for this type of toner, so I am probably expecting too much of a lower cost product. The product description also indicated that the projection for number of prints is about 3000, whilst HP and other providers of equivilent High Capacity cartridges is 4000, so I do not know how this will actually compare. The cost difference still makes that acceptable though, as a standard capacity HP is still considerably more expensive. I have no issue with the company, whose staff seem helpful and pleasant to speak with, so my reluctance to score this purchase more than moderate, is based on the product not seeming to be as good as an HP one. I have not had any reason to test their after sales service so far, so I cannot comment on that.

  This particular cartridge was no longer available in local stores so, after fruitless searches, my husband suggested that I look online. Not only was I delighted that I could get hold of a matching cartridge for my aging printer, but it was much cheaper that previous instore purchases AND it arrived the very next morning. I popped the cartridge in my printer and away it went. Brilliant.

  First time I've used a non-manufacturer cartridge and I was a little nervous about it but this worked a treat in my HP 990cxi. Don't know about capacity yet, but accepted byt the printer ok, prints ok - maybe just a tiny, tiny bit less bright but I don't print photos or suchlike anyway, and less than a quarter of the outrageous cost of an HP original (and I won't be buying any of THOSE again). Also comes with a freepost recycling envelope. Highly recommended and I wish I'd cottoned on before.

  I have a rather old but very good printer (HP Deskjet 840C), and when the retail price went up to around £30 for a black cartridge and £40 for colour I looked for an alternative way of buying them and that's when I discovered the wonderful Cartridgesave where I could purchase cartridges at a fraction of the shop prices.   I have found this to be a major financial saving in the compatibility market, along with its 'brother' the Jet Tek HP78 color printer cartridge as a multipack item, as used with the HP Officejet V45 range of printers. Another sure bonus is the much larger capacity in both cartridges, especially for the heavy user. As compared with the original HP cartridges, there's just no contest, either pricewise or in capacity.
