  I received 2 cartridges (the day after ordering) and they were larger than the ones I was replacing. I sent Cartridge Save an email and a very helpful gentleman phoned me same day and assured me they would fit and then he talked me through the procedure and they did fit! I was most impressed with this personal service and will certainly use them again.

  This office have been a very loyal custumers, we have no other manfacturers print and copy equipment in the office of HP products for over twenty years. The time has come when we must make cost savings, our custumers can bear no more. The Cartidgesave products are excellent and we now are changing over totally.   Excellent customer service, good ink cartridge although for printer to use this ink and not my coloured cartridge I have to remove the coloured cartridge for some reason. Printer doesn't seem to recognise I have the black ink in there otherwise. Am happy with it.

  Having recently purchased the above cartidges I am amazed at how much more I get out of them than my usual ones. I do find that thay don't dry as quickly though and sometimes smudge.

  The first cartridge I received was faulty and wouldn't align. I asked Cartridgesave to advise and a new cartridge was sent immediately without me requesting one! how good is that? Will definately use cartridgesave again!

  This cartridge is an excellent substitute for the HP cartridge. It performs just as well and fits in exactly the same way. The only downside is that the HP software can't register the ink levels - but as I always use a cartridge until the print begins to fade, this is no problem, especially as you can get a replacement from Cartridgesave the next day at no extra cost. Brilliant service.

  Although this replacement cartridge ink levels are not measured nor will it alarm on low level, the print quality is good and is good value for money compared to HP's own cartridges.

  I will never buy any HP products in the future. HP is obviously over pricing the ink because they have produced a chip to protect their ability to supply the ink and force the consumer to buy their expensive ink. HP machines continually tell you ink is low BUY MORE INK FROM HP!! It is very annoying and agrevating waste of time. My advice NEVER buy anything from HP again.

  Having recently purchased one of your Jet Tec Compatible High Capacity Tri-Colour Cartridges, HP 351XL, and its matching Black partner, HP 350XL, I have now produced a considerable amount of text work and colour photographs. I am delighted to say that both the quality and quantity of the work carried out was excellent and certainly exceeded all my expectations. As one who has spent his entire working life in the printing trade I can say that I found the printed results to be indistinguishable in quality from the original manufacturer's own new product. As a result of this, I have already obtained spare Je Tec cartridges from you as a standby and have recommended Jet Tec products to several of my friends. In both cases the cartridges were ordered in the afternoon and were delivered to this rural area the following morning. So to summarize "An Excellent Product backed by Excellent Service!!"

  I habve only used the colour cartridge so far -which was rejected by the HP printer. Cartridge save were excellent in sending a replacement, which thankfully worked. I have not yet tried the black cartridge.
