are there 'pack codes' I would like to buy a full set of 5. 1 x Cyan XL 1 x Black XL 1 x Yellow XL 1 x Magenta XL ! x Photoblack XL

  • Unfortunately, we do not stock all five of these cartridges in a multipack. We do stock a pack containing four of the cartridges; black, cyan, magenta and yellow. The code for the Genuine HP pack is HP364XL-PACK and the code for the compatible pack is HP364XL-PACK-RET. The HP 364XL photo black is sold separately and unfortunately we do not currently have a compatible version of this cartridge available. The code for the genuine HP cartridge is CB322EE.

I recently bought a multipack HP364XL of colour inks for our HP photosmart premium all in one printer. It includes a black ink XL cartridge, but my printer is now reporting low supply on the black photo ink cartridge. Does this mean that I have to buy yet another very expensive cartridge, which is not included in the multipack?

  • Yes, your printer will take 5 different cartridges. Unfortunately the photo black cartridge is not included in the multipacks.

HP 364 Compatibles do they reset the Ink level see 1 answer

Do your HP 364 Compatibles reset the ink levels or for that matter do they have a chip on as some others i've had, i had to take the chip off my old cartridge. Also what does the date mean on the top of the cartridge? thanks wayne

    A date on the cartridge could be either an expiry date or a date of manufacture. If it is an expiry date it should be preceded with the letters 'exp'.

    HP refuse to state how much ink (volume) is in a cartridge. This is probably illegal but they don't care.

    On removal of the protective covers ready for installing there was a slight spillage of cyan ink onto my hand,but after wiping this away the cartridge has performed excelently with perfectly even printing of the colour.I would certainly purchase this again in the future. T Young
