    Flawless operation. The DM50 had a couple of print heads replaced before we started using these cartridges over a year ago we've had no problems whatsoever. Would thoroughly recommend them. Ignore Pitney Bowes suggestions that compatible ink damages the heads. They are nonsense and just an effort to have you pay their rip-off OEM cartridge prices.

    I have ordered these cartridge from cartridge for nearly year and half. Quality is good. This time bits are missing. I am using it anyway, just hope the cartridge does not move out of place and the stalk is missing at the top of the cartridge. I don't think they print 800 is you have a logo but still better value than buying the original. Also doesn't runout abruptly like the original, gives plenty of warning.
