  Bought this product from Cartridge save. The item was nearly twice the price in PC World, so was a bit dubious. As I've found now, no problem. My printer just kept saying that I nee dto renew cartridge, bit i just said print anyway and colours etc. came out alright.

  Unfortunately the first cartridge sent out did not work. I contacted customer service, who were very helpful, but sadly their tips did not work. I had to discard the cartridge and wait for a second one to be delivered, which did work. Sadly it did not come in time for the work I need to print. This cartridge seems to be fine.

  Dam site more cheaper than the high street so you can afford to buy more so more printing. why waste money on the high street when you can buy it cheaper from these guys Cartridgesave who provide the same product that works just as good with quick and free delivery and no hunting around the shops to find your correct brand. works a treat, thanks a lot guys!

  The ordering and delivery of the purchase was 1st class. However, whilst the cartridge works ok with my printer the fact that it is not a genuine Lexmark product gives rise to various data coming up on my screen with reference to tha printer always saying through the computer that i am low on ink and that i need to change the cartridge. This is extremely annoying and that is why i have only rated the product 3 stars.

  Seems good value for money. 10 pounds cheaper than equivalent on high street. This size cartridge has been so difficult to get so I am really pleased to find Cartridge Save. Only downside was that I ordered it Monday after fourpm and expected delivery on Wednesday but it did not arrive until Friday. Not too much of a problem for me but just as well it was not urgent.

  The cartridges are absolutely first class and the service is prompt and accurate. I save £12 on the purchase. Trying to purcase Lexmark cartridges on line from Lexmark's official suppliers is slow and laborious. Keep up the good work..it is much appreciated!! All in all.....A1 Jim Anderson.

  I was amazed - I ordered the cartridge and it was delivered the following day. Installation was identical to installing an actual Lexmark printer cartridge and print quality is absolutely fine - although when printing there is a message to the effect that the cartridge ink is low. Whether this is really the case (so far I have only printed about 6 x A4 sheets!) or if this message appears because there is a compatibility issue with the Jet Tec cartridge I do not know, as it is too early to tell. But so far so good, and I really impressed with the speedy delivery.

  I have just bought and installed a recycled ink cartridge for my Lexmark X3480 3 in 1 printer. It was not only delivered very quickly, but came in a protective, clear, hard plastic box, which saved it from being crushed in transit. It was easy to install and competitively priced. I will certainly use cartridgesave again.
