    I originally ordered this item along with a black cartridge. The black cartridge was fine but the colour cartridges had some problems and this was the 2nd replacement. This one has been very good so far. I commend the customer services team who replaced the faulty cartridges without quibble and made this experience less difficult.

    It is too early to give a complete review at this stage. I was most impressed with the delivery which was within 24hours. The cartridge did not behave as expected - red printed as yellow. Without hesitation Cartridgesave staff (who were extremely polite and courteous on the 'phone) offered to either replace the cartridge or refund the cost. I opted for the former. Due to other pressures, I have not had the oportunity of testing the replacement cartridge.
