  I have ordered a number of cartridges from Cartridge Save and recently discovered that one of the cartridges were faulty at a later date when I installed it onto my printer. However, there was no quibble about a replacement and I received a new one the next day. Very happy with service and I have already recommended this company to friends, colleagues and work contacts.

  Found the site easy to use. The delivery was quick and the cartridges work fine. Did not realize that the page count down for the end of ink would not work but that does not matter as they are half the price of Dell supplies.

  Quality good, and much cheaper than buying a new Dell Black cartridge. Only downside is the print manager has problems identifying that the cartridge has been replaced, so whilst printer works fine, the ink levels are not displayed correctly. Just ignore the auto reminders to buy a replacement cartridge from Dell, but nevertheless a bit irritating.

  I have have purchased ink cartridges from cartridgesave before and have had no problem with them. However, this time I have recently purchased some remanufactured black cartridges D640 for Dell M4640 for a Dell Photo924 printer. Two of them wouldn't work.My wife phoned your customer helpline and both people we spoke to were very polite. The second person 'Laura' advised her to completely switch off the printer, leave it for some time (we left it for an hour) then try again. The third cartidge now works.I am returning the first two cartidges for replacenement, as I was advised to by your staff.

  I bought two ink cartridges both exactly the same. I used the first one in the printer which only registered as half full. I used that one and then when that ran out I used the second cartridge but the printer would not recognise this one at all, so I couldn't use it. I wasted alot of money when all I wanted to do was save some!!!!!

  The cartridge would not work after an initial period of five days approx. The alignment test was fine and the next two or three printing sessions were O.K. but then nothing. I rang Cartridgesave and explained, and with their usual high efficiency of service another cartridge (same make) was dispatched F.O.C. and so far this one has been O.K.

  I ordered a replacement ink cartridge for my Dell 924 printer around a week ago. I have used them before and had absolutely no problems with them. Unfortunately this one didn't work and the printer just said 'incorrect cartridge'. I tried re-installing it and cleaning it as recommended on the cartridgesave website but no joy. On contacting Cartridgesave they immediately acknowledged that the cartridge was probably faulty, dispatched a new one straight away and it was with me the very next morning! This one does work too! Thanks guys, nice not to have to battle for 3 weeks to get justice. I'll be back!

  These cartridges work fine and print quality is as good as the dell cartridges. the only reason I only gave it 3 out of 5 is that the ink levels dont get reset so I have to get up and go and press a button on my wireless printer ever time I press print !
