I have new Printer scx-4623f. I installed sucessfully but the problem is as the display shows Relace Toner. Why does it happen so ? see 1 answer

  • I would recommend removing the cartridge and switching off the printer. Leave the printer off for five minutes, ensure that all clips and seals have been removed from the cartridge and give it a gentle shake from side to side, before reinstalling. If you are still getting the error message, you may want to contact the supplier of the printer or of the cartridge if this was purchased separately. Or alternatively, you can contact Samsung directly, for information on how to contact them please see the link below:
