    The drum works... just about. In black and white mode it works absolutely fine. However, when printing in colour, there is a block in the middle that doesn't print out correctly. As I say, ok but not great. Acceptable printing for own use, but not for documents to give to others. I guess you get what you pay for!

    ..what to say about a imaging drum without coming over prosaic or nerdy. This was a compatible product because only people with 7 figure salaries can afford real HP consumables. Installation was easy but the first 20 sheets or so did not print correctly with the colours all out of alignment, I was panicking that it would never work and I was wasting ink, but now it's settled down and is printing at about the same standard as the original HP drum which came with the printer 6 years ago (good for 20000 sheets they say). So I would recommend this, and the delivery from Cartridge Save was lightening fast, so I can't fault their service or delivery, they are excellent .

    Needed the product urgently, my confirmation email said would be delivered by Royal Mail which I know deliver at about 9:30am, in fact the product was delivered by Fed Ex at about midday. Catridgesave unable to say where the product was when I phoned up, caused a lot of flapping about trying to source elsewhere. Product seems fine.
