    I only use genuine ink cartridges, because refilled cartridges always seem to cause trouble and end up being more expensive in the long term. The item arrived in good time and in good condition. Unfortunately, the package came by courier, which is always a problem for me, because I stay in all day waiting for a courier to turn up. Royal Mail is more user friendly.
