  I am impressed with the compatible cartridges purchased from you a last month - not only is it a great saving but once I "sorted" it there really is no difference to the more expensive HP cartridge.   in the past I have been very happy with your products. This one was a bit disappoining as it lasted for about a week of just normal printing, then failed with a CARTRIDGE PROBLEM message and I was unable to recify this problem even with trying to check the ink levels but to no avail. I SHALL STILL PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS BUT WILL FIRST MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN OF THE INTEGRITY OF THE CARTRIDGE.

  I ordered black and tri-colour replacement cartridges for my HP C3180 printer. When the black cartridge was fitted it didn't work. Cartridge Save replaced it FOC. Some weeks later I fitted the colour cartridge and that didn't work either. Again Cartridge Save replaced it FOC. In both cases the replacements worked perfectly but I was disappointed that I had to go through the rigmarole of getting replacements. Cartridge Save, to their credit, dealt with the problems immediately and efficiently.

  The first one I had through worked once and then the printer said there was an error with it and wouldn't work afterwards. I sent an email and cartridge save sent me a new replacement without any argument or anything and received very quickly. The product may have been faulty at first but cannot fault the supplier !! Refreshing to deal with a company with excellent customer service.

  Knowing what I do now I would not have bought an HP printer in the first place because even when you use a discount supplier like yourselves, the cartridges are still ludicrously expensive. I use an Epson printer for the bulk of my printing needs - the HP is a fax/copier - and I can get 3 times the nuumber of cartridges for about a 3rd of the price from my other supplier. That is more like it. Also orders with them are delivered next day. My order with you was placed on the 5th and not delivered until Monday 10th. Not at all competitive. Having said that you are still less expensive than HP. Their cartridge prices are a scandal. So thanks for that. Adrian O'Connor

  Found this product quite good. Have not used compatible inks before but will definitely again. The only thing is that on the printer menu the colour shows as empty but that's no big problem.

  I cannot praise Cartridgesave too highly for their quality of customer service. Since I discovered then a few years ago I haven't bought a cartridge from anywhere else nor would I consider doing.   I only have praise for the "Cartridge Save" firm and its employees - they are polite and helpful at all times - their products are clearly listed and nicely packed and any problems that do arise (which is very unlikely) are dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Delivery is fast and nicely packed - I can not fault this firm in any way and am only too happy to do this review on their behalf.

  I know that there was a note to say that product may declare it was empty, but this cartridge has played up eversince I installed it. I have had to remove & reinstall my printer, just because of the constant messages to allign it. Printer still does not seem happy. I just hope it will sort itself out.

  Excellent value for money and the print quality is great too. A tip for you...when your cart is running out, remove from printer and give it a shake...you will get another 5 or 6 pages out of it. Would recommend these cartridges.

  This cartridge was a replacement for the first tri colour that did not work. This was my first order with you and you did not have the black or colour in stock So I had to get them from my normal supply. Although you were good enough to replace the faulty one again you were out of stock so I had to wait a futher 10 days for the replacement. Thank goodness I was forced to order from my normal retailer.

  I buy this cartridge for an elderly person who takes digital pics of all the family, then prints them directly from a SD card. Up until recently we have been buying the original cartridges but was tempted by the price of the Jet Tec option. The colour reproduction is excellent, actually a little bit crisper than the original so we are very pleased.
