This refill kit requires a pre-existing ink cartridge to refill, some ink cartridges will no longer function once the cartridges 'chip' reports that the cartridge is completely empty, even after they have been refilled. We do not recommend using Jettec refill kits in combination with completely empty cartridges.
Jettec R34 inkjet refills are best used in a good condition cartridge (with a good printhead) to ensure that the printhead will last as long as the ink from the Jettec R34 refill. If you require a new Lexmark ink cartridge with your Jet tec R34 inkjet refill: locate your printer on our site for a list of compatible cartridges and prices. Jet tec R34 ink refills are made by Jettec from new components and ink.

We estimate that Jettec R26 refill will yield 4-6 refills of a standard 12-15ml black ink cartridge.
