  Having orders a black and colour cartridge, on arrival the colour did'nt work correctly , telephone the next day,about the problem and sure enough to their word a replacement arrived the every next day and everything worked well.very inpressed well done.

  This was the 2nd time we have ordered from Cartridge Save. We received excellent service the first time. This time we ordered a printer cartridge late in the afternoon and it arrived the following morning. The Jet Tec cartridge appears to work just as well as the original HP one and is less than half the price. Very pleased with the product and the service from Cartridge Save.
