  I came across this name by chance and had been looking for ink, but I was very wary as I am a newcomer to internet, but I need not have worried this is an excellent firm. I ordered at around 3.30pm and received my cartridges at lunch time the next day, you can't get better than that.

  Bought pack of 1 black & 1 tricolour Hp cartridges, very disappointed with the colour cartridge, Had these before from elsewhere and they lasted a relatively decent length of time, I printed one lot of photos this time and the colour ran out. I know photos take a fair amount of ink but I've been printing my own photos for a few years and never had a cartidge run out this quickly. considering HP cartridges seem to be more expensive I'm seriously considering going back to an Epson printer.

  I was not sure if these would really be any better than somemf the HP Clones but the major differnce is that now the " Remaining Ink" indicators work which is much more usful than wondering when the HP Clones get a bit faint and you are not sure if they are nearly empty or clogged

  Well an ink cartridge is an ink cartridge, not much that could go wrong! Cartridge Save ran as smoothly as coco pops in the morning, quick like a a rain drop on a mid summers day, and with a price to impress!!! Thing I like most is the little sticker they send a few days later, now every time I look up I see a badger waving back at me, and everyone loves a happy badger. I'm sticking with the guys more than an elf to santa clause... at Christmas time!!

  Although the quality of HP products is very good, it is regrettable that HP doctor their printers so that only their ink cartidges are usable and even then, when the fortmat of the cartridges are identicle, if they are not specific to a particular printer, they are unusable due to the chip inserted in the cartridges. Thus HP have created a monopoly and abuse the rules for competition!

  Until my last order on 16th June, I was completely satisfied with your product, your service and the friendly helpfulnes of your staff. Unfortunately I have had a problemd with one of the two ink cartidges I purchased. My photos would not dry and they were very blurred. After four hours they still hadn't dried. I put the other new cartridge in that I had purchased, and that one was fine. Seems to be a one off problem that I hope you can rectify when I telephone Monday. Tried to email you , but it failed.
