    faulty cartridge replacement 12 Nov 2010 Andrew Greaves from CA15 6JZ

    on a Saturday afternoon my printer stopped recognising the cartridge set and I had to abandon what was meant to be an intense printing session. I rang Cartridgesave and got an out of office reply. I did however use the customer services email service and I think I was contacted on Monday morning, the fault was diagnosed and a new cartridge was sent to me by Tuesday. Whilst I have used replacement services which seemed to be open 24hrs. I can't fault Cartidgesave on their speedy response once contact had been made. As for the failure of the cartridge only time will see if this is a common fault. I will continue to use them in the future.
