I have put a replacement compatible toner into my MFC8370 but it is still saying ''replace toner'' on the screen? How do I reset?

  • It is possible that you have received a cartridge with a fault. We would recommend removing the cartridge and resetting your printer (turn off at power source, leave for few minutes, turn back on), then re-install the cartridge. If this does not resolve the issue then you will have to contact the supplier of your cartridge.
