Orders are normally despatched the same day, assuming the items are in stock. If items are not in stock, we will email you with an expected ship date.

We send orders either by Royal Mail First Class Signed For (which usually arrive next day) or by courier (which usually arrive next business day). We use a courier for larger orders, for example toners.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel or Scottish Islands may take longer.
