Can I refill a cartridge that has been lying empty?
It depends on the circumstances. After 2 or 3 days it may no longer be possible, especially if the cartridge has been stored in a warm place. This is because the ink inside the cartridge dries out. Once the ink dries in the print head, it can be dificult to unblock it. You could try our JR Cartridge Flush which shoul be used to soak the print heads but the best thing is to make sure the heads do not dry our in the first place. If you take a cartridge out of your printer, use a piece of sellotape to cover the print head and keep the cartridge in a plastic bag to help prevent it drying out.
