Can I refill 'chipped' Epson cartridges?
Yes. Newer Epson cartridges contain an Intellidge chip which tells the printer when the cartridge is empty (although it does not actually measure the ink, it is more of a timer). You can use the JR Universal Zap-It to reset the chip and read the cartridge as full.
