My cartridge doesn't work

Just installed a new cartridge and its not working? Check here for tips.

First of all, you could take a look at our guide to installing new cartridges here.

If that does not help then there are several steps you can take:

Remove the cartridge from your printer and make sure any tabs or stickers are completely removed.
Insert the cartridge back into the printer and run a cleaning test
If no luck, remove again and clean the contacts with a damp, non-abrasive cloth
Dry with tissue paper
Wipe across the jet plate with a damp cloth and dab the cloth to see the pattern
Insert cartridge back into printer and run a cleaning test
