My printer won't print at all!

If your printer won't print at all, here's the place to start getting it going again.

Follow these steps to resolve your printer problems..

• Is it switched on..?
  Obvious starting point, but you would be amazed!
• Is is plugged into the computer?
  Check the cable which connects the printer to the computer. Make sure both ends are connected properly.
• Can you print a test page?
  On Windows, there is a feature to allow you to print a test page. You can find a button to do this in the printer properties - Control Panel, Printers, and then right-click on the printer and click Properties. Click the 'Print Test Page' button and see if you get a test page printed properly. If you do, this indicates that the printer is properly connected to the computer and the computer has the drievers installed.
