How to order from us
Information you may find useful before placing an order with us.We accept orders via our website, over the telephone and by fax. We currently accept payment by credit card or by cheque. Our preferred method is credit card as this allows us to despatch your orders the same day.
To place an order via our website, first locate the products you wish to buy. You can use the links down the left side of every page, or use the search box which appears on most pages. If its not on the page you are on, click the link at the top to the home page where there is always a search box. Keep your search short - if you have an Epson C44 and you require a black ink cartridge, type 'C44' and click 'Search'. You will be presented with a list of products in our database which contain the term you searched for.
From this page you can add the item straight to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Add to Basket' button, or you can find out further information by clicking the description of the item. From this detail page you will usually be able to see a photo of the item, and if quantity pricing is available, you will see it here.
Your shopping basket is displayed on most pages on the right side of the page at the top. If you can't see it, you can click the 'Your Basket' link at the top of every page.
Once you have the items you require in your shopping basket, you need to go to the checkout page. You can do this either by ckicking the 'checkout' link on the basket in the top right of most pages, or directly from the basket page.
On the checkout page, fill in all your information. This is a secure page (the page link will begin 'https://' and there will be a padlock displayed in your browser window. When you have completed all you information, click the 'Place Order' button. If your information is all entered correctly, you will be taken to a receipt page which you can print. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.
