How long will it be before I receive my order?
Delivery Schedule
- Order Saturday, Sunday or Monday before 3PM to expect delivery Tuesday (Royal mail and Courier)
- Order Tuesday before 3PM to expect delivery Wednesday (Royal mail and Courier)
- Order Wednesday before 3PM to expect delivery Thursday (Royal mail and Courier)
- Order Thursday before 3PM to expect delivery Friday (Royal mail and Courier)
- Order Friday before 3PM to expect delivery Monday (Unless you choose to upgrade to courier delivery and pay extra for Saturday delivery)
Orders are normally despatched the same day, assuming the items are in stock. If items are not in stock, we will email you with an expected ship date.
We send orders either by Royal Mail First Class Signed For (which usually arrive next day) or by courier (which usually arrive next business day). We use a courier for larger orders, for example toners. All orders must be signed for.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel or Scottish Islands may take longer.
