This is the Kirkgate Business Centre - serviced offices containing about 200 people. Customer gave a mobile number and a free email address: flashnet@parrot.com. The reception number for the Kirkgate Business Centre is 01924 200 580 although the person there was very uninterested in the fraud happening on their premises. Basically they get paid monthly in advance for all office space and so don't care about it. The name 'Robert Green' is most likely made up as they didn't recognise it. The parcel would have been delivered to reception so could be picked up by anyone in the offices.
