Producing 60” colour output, the Canon ImagePROGRAF9000 is a step above other models in the iPF series. It allows more versatility and is ideal for above the line production. This professional grade large format printer is tailor made for the graphic arts market, and addresses photography, proofing, poster sign, and fine art requirements. The Canon ImagePROGRAF9000 features a new and improved L-COA controller for more intelligent data processing, allowing print speeds of less than 3 minutes (for A2 size prints).

Design

An intuitive machine, the Canon ImagePROGRAF iPF9000 features a stylish and easy to understand control panel. It features standard USB 2.0 and Ethernet interfaces and optional Firewire interface. The system can accommodate a wide array of media, perfect for multi-production use. The Canon ImagePROGRAF iPF9000’s dual print head system features a total of 30,720 nozzles to ensure the quality of the images produced.

Advantages

The Canon ImagePROGRAF iPF9000 has a maximum print resolution of up to 2,400 x 1,200 dpi, a standard in the iPF series, and allows fast production, even for high resolution images. It utilizes the advanced 12-colour pigment ink system, and allows automatic switching between regular black and matte black inks. It has a built in 40GB hard drive for fast processing and convenient unmanned printing.

Disadvantages
