handbook specification for replacement cartridges is Magenta T1003, Cyan T1002, Yellow T1004. Pinter itself (Epson Stylus B1100) shows DuraBrite Ultra Ink. How do I know which to buy ? Your help would be appreciated

Epson Stylus Office B1100 ink cartridges 

For small offices or homes needing large format prints, the Epson Stylus Office B1100 is an economical choice. This printer has a reasonable initial price and is cheap to run. It is able to print on media larger than A3 and can print as fast as 30 ppm for black and white prints. Print quality is not marvellous though and connectivity is limited.


Design

The Epson Stylus Office B1100 has a sleek and simple design. It has a foldable vertical input paper tray and a simple control panel including 4 buttons and 3 indicator lights. The Stylus Office B1100 has a standard input capacity of 120 sheets and uses 5 individual ink cartridges with Epson DURABrite ultra ink. The maximum print resolution is 5760 x 1440 optimised dpi.

Advantages

The Epson Stylus Office B1100 is one of the cheapest large format printers in the market. It can even print on A3+ media. Running it is easy on the pocket, and printing speed for normal sized media and black and white prints is fast at 30 ppm. The Epson Stylus Office B1100 supports both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.

Disadvantages

The quality of black text prints is average, at best. The Epson Stylus Office B1100 is only ideal for personal use, as connectivity is limited to USB interface. Furthermore, the Epson B1100 does not support networking capabilities like Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
