Will your remanufactured cartridges work in the latest generation of the HP 3070A Deskjet printer? Another well-known retailer has supplied me with cartridges which give the error message "Older generation cartridge installed". The problem seems to relate to the fact that my printer was manufactured after September 2011?
Our compatible HP Deskjet 3070A ink cartridges have the correct chip and should work reliably in your printer without causing errors. We cannot comment on the products being supplier by other retailers.Answered by Daniel Kelman (Staff Member) - over 1 year ago
Printing pages from the Deskjet 3070A see 1 answer
When the Deskjet 3070A printer prints do the pages come out as 123 or 321?
A laser printer will typically print out pages face down so when you pick up the pile they're in the correct order in which you printed them (123). However, with an inkjet printer such as the Deskjet 3070A pages will typically get printed face up so you'll get the last page at the top of the pile (321). You may be able to configure the settings on your HP Deskjet 3070A printer so that you can print pages in the order that you want. If you're struggling with this please contact HP directly for technical support.Answered by Paul Kielty (Staff Member) - about 1 year ago

HP Deskjet 3070A ink types see 1 answer
Is there any any difference between 364 and 364 XL ink cartridges for the Deskjet 3070A printer?
The only difference between the HP 364 and the HP 364XL cartridges for the Deskjet 3070A is the amount of ink that is inside each cartridge. The HP 364XL cartridges are high capacity versions and contain more ink that the standard HP 364 cartridges. Consequently, they produce a cheaper cost-per-print. The ink type / colour is exactly the same.Answered by Paul Kielty (Staff Member) - about 1 year ago

HP DeskJet 3070A Printer Review
Expert review of the HP DeskJet 3070A printer 24 October, 2011
If speed is of the essence, then the HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One is a must-have. Unfortunately, the same cant be said about the quality. Designed for the home market, this low cost all-in-one is best suited to plain document printing as opposed to graphics or photographic prints.
The HP Deskjet 3070A looks great the contrast between gloss and matte is modern and would suit any home office or bedroom. The front of the printer features a fairly rudimentary 5cm LCD screen and a couple of function buttons. In comparison to other home printers on the market, the HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One is fairly clunky (w435 x d301 x h145 mm) - not ideal if youre running low on desk space.
The HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One spits out monochrome and colour prints at 23ppm impressive for a home printer! The printer also comes with WiFi technology, allowing you to connect as many devices as you want.
Unfortunately, the HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One fails to deliver on quality. Monochrome prints lack clarity and sharpness whilst colour prints appear washed out. The flatbed scanner is equally as disappointing.
