The HP PSC 1350 is a typical multifunction device that prints, scans, and copies. It is an ideal home machine that can also be used for a small office setting. However, its lack of faxing as well as networking capabilities can be a turn off for users with more demanding requirements. The HP PSC 1350 is a top quality machine, but it does not have enough features and functionalities to make it stand out from other all-in-ones in the market.

Design

The HP PSC 1350 weighs about 10 pounds and is relatively lightweight for a multifunction. It also measures about 6.7x16.8x10 inches, leaving a smaller footprint than other multifunctions in the market. The HP PSC 1350 has a 36-bit digital scanner and copier, which can produce high resolution outputs of up to 600x2400 dpi.

Advantages

The HP PSC 1350 is very versatile when it comes to its scanning, copying and printing functions. The copier can zoom up to 400%, while the scanner can turn scanned documents into editable text. The printer can produce as many as 17ppm in black and white, and up to 15 ppm in colour.

Disadvantages

Users complain that the HP PSC 1350 lacks networking capabilities, a fax function, and wireless support. To its credit, this device does support high-speed USB connectivity for fast data transfer.
