Do I need to replace ink cartridges with no 364 or 564. I'm a little confused because it mentions both.

  • The HP 364 cartridges are for U.K machines. If you have been using hp 564 cartridges then it would appear that your machine is not a U.K machine, meaning the HP 364's will not work in your machine.

Hi can you tell me are the HP364XL cartridges compatible with the HP photosmart HP5520e all in one printer? I have only just purchased this printer and there is nothing in the instruction manual to confirm these higher capacity cartridges are compatible, although there's a little card in the box saying they might be and to consult the manual and then there's nothing in the manual about them? I don`t want to order the incorrect cartridge. Thank you

HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One ink cartridges 

The HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One offers good value for money, providing users with a quality colour printer that can also scan and copy. The Photosmart 5520 All-in-One wireless printer includes extras like automatic duplex printing and it has an additional USB port and some memory card slots for more versatile data sources. The HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One inkjet printer is a good choice for offices but its lack of wired Ethernet support and limited paper capacity may slow down work.

Design

Measuring only about 5.6x17.5x21.5 inches, the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One thermal inkjet printer is very suitable for desktop use. It is a huge space saver, especially since it integrates three machines in one. In addition to its duplex capabilities, the device also offers web-printing functions, thanks to the integrated HP ePrint technology. The HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One colour printer features a touch screen display, which makes it easier to navigate functions.

Advantages

The best advantage of the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One inkjet is definitely its ability to print wirelessly from web connected devices, though it also boasts other features like the built-in memory card slots and high capacity ink cartridges. The Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One wireless colour printer is relatively affordable and very cheap to maintain and use, as the machine uses ink sparingly. It can also use cheap compatible HP 364XL ink cartridges for maximum cost-efficiency.

Disadvantages

However, the HP 5520 e-All-in-One only offers limited paper capacity, as the paper cassette can only handle up to 80 sheets of paper. The HP Photosmart 5520 printer lacks a wired Ethernet port, but the USB port in front and the memory card slots do compensate for its lack of network options.
