Neopost MSL-250 Printer Review

Expert review of the Neopost MSL-250 printer 20 July 2012

Our Verdict:

Franking machines like the Neopost MSL-250 are very handy for small businesses that want to lessen their postage costs. The MSL-250 can also save time and increase efficiency. This reliable machine can handle as many as 50 envelopes per day. The Neopost MSL-250 franking machine is fairly fast and delivers good quality output.

Design

The Neopost MSL250 is small and compact, making it easy to integrate into any desktop setup. It weighs less than 3 kilos and is only 30 x 19 cm. This franking machine can print 20 envelopes in a minute. Plus, it also comes with integrated scales. The Neopost MSL-250 printer also comes with robust, password-dependent security features.

Advantages

With a franking machine, busy offices can significantly reduce postage costs. Getting professional stamps and even printing labels and logos has never been easier. The Neopost MSL 250 has a small footprint and is lightweight. It has good paper handling capacity and is capable of handling media as thick as 8 mm.

Disadvantages

The Neopost MSL-250 franking machine is only suitable for small businesses, as it cannot handle more than 50 jobs a day. Those with heavier / bulk mailing requirements need more advanced (and also more expensive) models.
